There is probably no racist "leader" that I = know more=20 about than Matthew Hale. From 1999, until his conviction, I = dogged=20 him, interviewed him, baited him, and got to know his = followers. In=20 2002, I met Tony Willow, the only other person I know who = had the=20 same passion to bring Hale to justice. Today, Hale resides = in the=20 maximum security prison in Florence, Colorado serving a 40 = year=20 sentence and his "church" is nothing more than a rag-tag = bunch of=20 skinheads who revel in their propensity for violence and = dream of=20 the day when they will once again be a force to reckon with. = And, I=20 am always happy when they are dealt another blow. =

In=20 2002, [2] the Te-Ta-Ma Truth = Foundation=20 won a trademark lawsuit against Hale and he could no longer = use the=20 words "church" and "creator" in his ersatz organization that = he=20 called a "religion." This set the wheels in motion and = caused Hale=20 to seek the murder of Judge Joan Lefkow, the judge in the = case.=20 During that case, it was also determined that many = "Creators" could=20 be held responsible for the hefty fines that were imposed. = Many of=20 the members ran for cover as they didn't want to be = responsible for=20 paying the price of their involvement.

That is a = brief=20 summary of a very dynamic laden situation with more twists = and turns=20 than a coal mine. However, collecting the money has, as you = can=20 imagine, been a chore for the Te-Ta-Ma Church and the = courts. It was a miracle that Kirkland & = Ellis=20 opened their door, offered representation in what seemed a = very long=20 shot, to prevail, at the beginning. The case record is = unmistakable=20 evidence of the effort it took on the part of some very = dedicated=20 attorneys, staying the course of this litigation, = withstanding and=20 standing up to life threatening fear/hate directed to sway = their=20 efforts. This litigation is a good example of what can be = done, when=20 the cause is just and the first steps are taken based on = promptings=20 from the Heart.

Who would believe that the anger, = hate, and=20 fear would invert and turn back upon those spewing such = energy,=20 resulting in the enemy felling itself?

The records in the US 7th Circuit = Court Of=20 Appeals tell only part of the story. Our hope is that others = will=20 come to understand and focus support to those promoting = universal=20 love and equality for every human being. If this effort can = inspire=20 others to do what they know to be right, follow their = hearts, then=20 the effort will continue to bear fruit. Perhaps = through the=20 Human Rights Tribunal, other Human Beings will be inspired. = Perhaps=20 some well intentioned philanthropist can find value in what = has been=20 accomplished. I suppose he thought that by having the name=20 registered to him in Austrailia the website and organization = could=20 be run from there. The Te-Ta-Ma Foundation entered an = objection and=20 asked the court not to grant the trademark and cited the = fact that=20 by using the word "Church" in the title O'Sullivan would be=20 misleading people as to the true nature of the organization. = O'Sullivan did not counter and a couple of weeks ago his = petition=20 for the trademark was denied.

At this point, we can = pretty=20 safely say that the group that held the title of the fastest = growing=20 white spremacist organization in the world has been all but = laid to=20 rest. The few who still hang on to the dream of a viable = group=20 reforming are but the minions of the man imprisoned.
